Returns

We accept returns of eligible products within 7 days of the delivery date, provided that:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
  • The item is returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  • Proof of purchase or a valid invoice is provided.
  • The product has not been damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modification.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been installed or used.
  • Items damaged due to improper handling or installation.
  • Products with missing parts, accessories, or original packaging.
  • Clearance, special-order, or customized products unless they are defective.
  • Products damaged after delivery due to customer negligence.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photographs or additional information to help evaluate the issue.

After verification, AST Electric will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • Replacement of the product.
  • Repair, where applicable.
  • Refund, if a replacement is not available.

Refund Process

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed by AST Electric.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return procedure outlined in this policy.

Warranty
